This time, we will focus on the "Shabu-Shabu Shabu Course with Tuna and Kujo Negi" for 6,000 yen (tax included).
The main dish [shabu shabu shabu with tuna and kujo leeks] is,
The chef carefully selects fresh tuna and flavorful Kujo leeks for an outstanding combination!
The tuna is sliced thinly for shabu-shabu and served in a luxurious shabu-shabu,
The melt-in-your-mouth texture and flavor will fill your mouth.
You will experience a different taste from sashimi!
In addition, the moderate sweetness and flavor of kujo leeks accentuate the natural taste of the ingredients.
You can choose from zosui (rice porridge) or inaniwa udon as a finish, so please enjoy the dashi broth as much as possible!
